It takes a LOT of helpers to make the auction a successful event!  Volunteers are needed before the event to help plan the auction, coordinate with the venue, solicit donations from sponsors, organize the donations, and many other planning tasks.  The day of the event, help is needed to decorate, set up the auction items, and host the event.  And afterwards, well have you ever hosted a party that didn't have some clean up?  

 

So no matter what you'd like to do, we certainly appreciate any time you can give!  Together we can make this a very successful evening!
